Well, whyever Shiina wanted to do the last arc was beyond me, but at least it's good to know that Tamamo finally accepts humans. But, complaining is one thing, making it better is another. Do you have any rough ideas that would make a nice arc in GSM?
Personally, I'd like to see an arc about how Tamamo's past life fleeing from the castle and running across Takashima who's also on the run. Takashima constantly fighting her and his own pursuers, getting mortally wounded, and Tamamo surrendering so that he can be treated. She being executed and he standing before trial for molesting girls, sentenced to death and on the very last night before his execution, a demon shows up...
Well, that would make a damn nice arc, in my opinion. Anyways, if you got any vague ideas, feel free to share them.

That might be...

Okinu just disappears...  and the world is just different! Yokoshima works for mikami, but since they never got another assistant, everything evolved differently. Yokoshima got into mikami's heart and after an intense start, his lust got to a normal level and mainly focused on mikami. He also became a top level GS. NTL, he starts feeling uneasy about 'something'. He can't sleep, his power is unstable, he wonder if mikami is the 'right one'.. then during one random filler chapter, they are attacked by a Buddhist Demon. During the fight, Yokoshima got a glimpse of his Karma, inwhich he sees his soul and heart connected to a cute blue haired girl......

The doctor said:
"Close your eyes and begin to relax. Take a deep breath, ..."

I guess that makes a good arc...
